Shipping & Returns Policy
Domestic Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping charges do not apply to shipments outside of the Contiguous 48 United States. Rolling In Paradise will contact clients to confirm additional shipping charges if applicable. Heavier items and oversized boxes such as attachable handbikes, Easystand standers, ZX-1, wheelchairs, handcycles have a higher shipping cost. Rolling In Paradise will confirm any other additional shipping charges only when necessary. Most ship charges will be listed, if you do not see that please inquire prior to purchase.
Return Policy
Large custom made-to-order products, such as BOWHEAD, Easystand, Freedom Trax, Stricker Attachable Handbikes, BATEC, PAWS, all Handcycles, Wheelchairs, Spinergy Wheels, power assist(INC: Smart Drive, Smoov, E-Motion wheels, Spinergy ZX-1) and cushions are NOT returnable OR Refundable. For all custom-built items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Any BACKORDERS, SPECIAL ORDER AND CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

You may place your order online or if you’d like you may contact us and one of our experienced sales staff will help you through the process. Once your order is finalized we will ship from our stock, or place the order for drop ship or for custom production with the manufacturer. You will be charged at order entry time for all orders.
Note: Lead times for custom equipment can be as long as 8-10 weeks. Call or email for specific lead times.
